Join our Co-op!

We are now enrolling for the 2024-25 school year. 

 

We offer rolling admissions during the school year when we have openings. Email registrar@madisonparkcoop.com to check availability. 

Registration Process

Step 1.

Use the appropriate link to register: New Families | Returning Families

Step 2.

Families will be notified on a rolling basis with their class placement or addition to the waitlist. Placement is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Step 3.

If offered a spot, families must pay a tuition deposit for the first and last month of the next school year, as well as a nonrefundable registration fee of $100. Families have 72 hours from emailed notice of placement to pay the tuition deposit and registration fee in order to secure their place in class.

Member Responsibilities

  • Participate as classroom assistant on scheduled days

  • Attend one evening class meeting per month (exception for the Infants classes)

  • Attend all-school meetings generally in the evening in September and April 

  • Participate in MPCP fundraising 

  • Complete member job and/or serve as a MPCP Board member to take place outside of school hours (examples: event committee, fundraising rep, laundry committee)

  • Follow the rules and guidelines of the member agreement and school handbook

Cost of Preschool

Throughout the school year you are responsible for:

  • Registration fee: $100 nonrefundable

  • Supply fee: $25 (Infants and Tots), $75 (Twos and 3/4s)

  • Class tuition: see class pages

  • Annual fundraising commitments: goal is 100% participation at a level that fits each family’s budget

  • Scholarships available

Cost of Multiple Children

Families with multiple children must pay tuition, supply fees, and registration fees for both children but will be assigned member jobs and classroom assistant jobs per class rather than per child.

Scholarships

We offer both full and partial scholarships, with the goal that the cost of attending is not a barrier to becoming part of our school community. The scholarship application may be submitted upon registration for the upcoming school year or any time a family is in need. The scholarship process is confidential.
